Everyone is talking about AI, when they should really be learning about EI, yes, Emotional Intelligence.

AI is the top topic in everyone's mind, but the tool you should really be learning is EI, emotional intelligence, jaja.

And I'm not the one saying it, Mr. Daniel Coleman is.

I had the intention of learning more about psychology and human behavior, and yes, it gave me good information, but the most valuable thing is how this knowledge helped me grow as a creative in different aspects. Let me share it with you:

Productivity:

When you ignore and do not know how to manage your emotions and have no idea of the concept of self-regulation, emotional blocks appear, and these emotional blocks become: CREATIVE BLOCKS , once you learn this you integrate it into your creative processes and you can create fluidly, like the fairy of creation.

Connection with the audience

We all know that the best way to connect with your customers and audience is through emotions. In what world do we think that if we don't understand how emotions work, and not given them importance, we'll be able to generate that connection. So pay attention to this if you want to build community and loyalty with your customers.

Customer Management:

Managing clients is a headache for everyone, right? Well, let me tell you, we spend 80% of our work time on clients: acquiring them, creating the brief, receiving feedback, and the other 20% on the operational work of creating the final product. And yet, we still get frustrated by mistakes, unexpected changes of mind, and all the consequences.
